Project Detail

This project was a two phased project. The first phase comprised of clearing the site of the old industrial structure which required H&S planning of safe method of dismantling given the close proximity of the structure to the Roadway and existing residential dwellings.

Phase One also included bringing the two developments up to slab level.

Phase Two comprised of superstructure construction which was Timber frame with block, stone work cladding and K rend 1 coat colour system render.

The finishes specification was of very high quality to reflect/target high class market, and were all carried out ourselves. Each dwelling also had a two car garage attached which were again formed in Timber frame construction.

Phase Two also comprised of Drainage and extensive decorative external works and planting scheme.

The total cost of each phase was approximately - Phase One: £210K & Phase Two: £390K
